A. Full payment is made at check-in. In addition to cash and various credit cards, Rakuten Edy, transportation IC cards, QR code payment, etc. can also be used. For additional usage, you will be required to settle each time. Please let us know about breakfast at check-in.

A. We have a multi-story parking lot, which costs 1,800 yen per night per car. Parking is available from 3:00 pm on the day of check-in to 11:00 am on the day of check-out. After that time, an additional 200 yen per 30 minutes will be charged. Reservations are not accepted and are made on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also one wheelchair space available.

A. We accept temporary storage before check-in and after check-out. For postal and courier services, if you have already paid, we will pick up and store it at the hotel front desk. Please specify the name of your reservation before sending. We also accept courier services from the hotel.

A. By subway, take Sakuradori-line and get off Hisayaoodori-station. Take stairs to east-ticket gate and go to exit No.4. Walk by 1minute.

Do not use exit No.4A and No.4B. From Centrair Chubu-International-Airport, you arrived at Oasis21 bus station by limousine bus. Walk by 15 minutes to our hotel. By taxi from NAGOYA station, takes 10minutes to our hotel.
